Introduction to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and bdx8 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the bdx8 website, mobile browser experience, and all associated gaming services. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members and users regardless of whether they access bdx8 from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi or any other location in Bangladesh.

To register and use the bdx8 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. bdx8 may request proof of eligibility at any point during your use of the platform, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension.

• 1Minimum AgeYou must be at least 21 years of age. This applies regardless of the applicable legal gambling age in any jurisdiction — bdx8 sets 21 as its minimum age requirement for all players.
• 2One Account Per PersonEach individual may maintain only one registered bdx8 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same device or same payment method — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance or bonuses.
• 3Accurate InformationYou must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and must keep that information up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the age requirement — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
• 4Personal Use OnlyThe bdx8 platform is for your personal entertainment only. You may not use your bdx8 account on behalf of any other person, nor may you allow another person to operate your account. You may not use your account for any commercial or business purpose.

Account Management

Account Registration and Security

Your bdx8 account is personal to you. The following rules apply to the registration, operation and security of your account at all times.

• 1RegistrationTo register on bdx8, you must provide your active Bangladesh mobile number, a valid password meeting the minimum security requirements, and any additional personal information requested during the registration process. By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.
• 2Credential SecurityYou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdx8 will never ask you for your password by SMS, email or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
• 3Verificationbdx8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
• 4Account Suspensionbdx8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion if it determines that the account holder has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner inconsistent with the platform's rules.
• 5Account ClosureYou may request to close your bdx8 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after verification, provided there are no pending withdrawal restrictions or outstanding violations. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Money In and Out

Deposits, Withdrawals and Funds

All financial transactions on bdx8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdx8 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and major Bangladeshi bank accounts. The following terms apply to all transactions on the platform.

• 1Minimum DepositA minimum deposit amount applies as specified in the platform cashier at the time of the transaction. Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and may be updated by bdx8 from time to time without prior notice.
• 2Withdrawal ProcessingWithdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. bdx8 targets same-day processing for withdrawals during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, account verification or where additional checks are required.
• 3Verification for Withdrawalsbdx8 may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. Players must ensure their account verification is complete to avoid delays.
• 4Currency and ConversionAll account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets and winnings are denominated in BDT. bdx8 does not accept deposits in foreign currency. Any attempt to transact in a currency other than BDT will not be accepted by the platform.

Funds deposited to your bdx8 wallet are held for gaming purposes only and do not earn interest. bdx8 is not a financial institution and the player wallet is not a bank account. Players are advised to deposit only amounts they are comfortable using for gaming.

Promotions

Bonuses and Promotional Terms

bdx8 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• 1Wagering RequirementsAll bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the bonus terms at the time of offer. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets; bonus funds alone do not count toward the rollover in most cases.
• 2One Bonus Per PlayerWelcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to each eligible player once only. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• 3Bonus ExpiryBonuses and bonus-derived winnings that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account without notice. It is your responsibility to be aware of bonus expiry dates.
• 4Bonus Abusebdx8 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where bdx8 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused the bonus system, including by placing low-risk bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, or by colluding with other accounts.

Player Welfare

Responsible Gaming Obligations

bdx8 is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. Gaming on bdx8 should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a response to personal or financial difficulties. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms.

Players may request self-exclusion, deposit limits or cooling-off periods at any time by contacting bdx8 support. Once a self-exclusion is active, bdx8 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing gaming services during the exclusion period. bdx8 strongly encourages any player who feels that gaming is negatively affecting their life to seek help and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform. Restricted Activities

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdx8 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, winnings voided, and any remaining balance forfeited. bdx8 reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent or illegal activity to relevant authorities.

• 1Fraud and Money LaunderingAny use of the bdx8 platform to conduct, facilitate or conceal fraudulent activity or money laundering is strictly prohibited. bdx8 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious transactions where required.
• 2Collusion and Match FixingColluding with other players, betting syndicates, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, or placing bets on the outcome of events that you know or have reason to believe are fixed or manipulated, is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.
• 3Automated ToolsThe use of bots, automated betting software, scripts, data-scraping tools or any other automated means to interact with the bdx8 platform — including to place bets, monitor odds or harvest data — is strictly prohibited. All betting activity on bdx8 must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
• 4Exploitation of ErrorsIf a technical error, software glitch or obvious pricing mistake occurs on the platform, you must not attempt to exploit it. bdx8 reserves the right to void any bets placed at erroneous prices or as a result of a technical fault, and to recover any amounts paid out in error.

Platform Ownership

Intellectual Property

All content on the bdx8 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials and the bdx8 brand name — is the intellectual property of bdx8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in any bdx8 intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdx8 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any bdx8 intellectual property without the express prior written consent of bdx8.

Legal Limits

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdx8 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity or any other financial loss, even if bdx8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdx8 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. bdx8 may suspend, modify or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice and shall have no liability to you as a result of any such action.

Keeping Terms Current

Amendments to These Terms

bdx8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bdx8 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the bdx8 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the bdx8 platform immediately and may request account closure. Your continued use of the platform following any posted amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.
